Building a bright career is major goal of everybody life but how one can build their career bright ? Is there any formula available for that? Certainly , it could be both yes and no, why? Because every person who succeeds in their life and have bright career say this is due to their hard work, strong determination ,self discipline, consistency on work, maintain good health and honesty but he/she barely mention about self confidence that they posses.

Self confidence is a vital key for bright career . So ,what you understand by self confidence .Hence, simply self confidence is state of one's mind in which he/she believes in themselves . It makes the person perfect and complete.lets take an example, if in an interview , interviewer asked are you perfect for this job or not what's your opinion ? You know very well that you are perfect but you answered yes/no means you don't have believe in you . This is just a short example but in real life you have to face many challenges like this .so there you need to show self confidence .
Hence just understand ,if you don't have confidence on yourself then how could other believe you. So,it is a great trait of any person.
Needs of confidence is very much vital in everybody life. Either you are a student , teacher, professionals ,politician, army, pilot or leader, Any point of time during your career you will have to show your self confidence and especially if you want to be a leader, boss and higher authority or officials then it will be the most important thing that you have to bear.
If you observe life history of any successful person then you can understand that what a self confidence he/she posses.
No one on the earth is complete . Every person have some lacking but it doesn't mean that you are not perfect . One should be proud of ,what he/she have and always try to gain ,what you need to be in future in order to make bright career.
Self confidence is not a inborn quality .It is the outcome of your family ,social and community environment ,your exposure or experience and knowledge .So, during any point of time of your life ,if you want to become confident then you can but what you have to do regular work on it.
Many people of the world have self confidence problem because some think that they do not have good appearance ,facial look, body posture ,better clothes, better status and good education ,but they forgot that what they have is their own unique ,other don't have the quality that he/she (they) posses .
Now, can you build your self confidence ,then how?
It is simple think , why you don't have confidence on you. What you think, you have lacking .eg good look , better knowledge or what? Find then think , if you don't have confidence because of your look, status then you are a silly guy, Be proud of your look because you are unique . No one resembles with you and if your status is low then nothing to worry without hard work there is no success . So, focus on your work and if you don't have confidencedue to your knowledge and skills then work on practice on it regularly one day , you will be master of it .If you fear of anxiety ,crowd,new place then try to be social . Enjoy your time and always think positive .
