How To Prevent Yourself From Anxiety And Depression During Corona Pandemic

 COVID 19 pandemic is spreading in the world at rapid pace. It almost collapsed the health and other sectors. People are getting exhausted and restless due to the situation created by coronavirus. Government is unable to protects its people from this virus. Many people have lost their dear and near one hence this situation had lead to people in anxiety and depression.  Hence below are some techniques or idea by which you can protect yourself from anxiety and depression. 








1. Make a alternative source to earn money during lockdown. Like online earning online job ,etc.

2. Help people as much you can.

3. Keep yourself busy.


4. If you lost your job and have no altenative source of income then moved to village where your survival will be easy during lockdown.


5. Engage yourself in gardenining or horticulture or agriculture.

6. Do creative work eg; plantation, paintings.

7. If you have skill like making handicrafts then use it to earn moneyand keep yourself busy.

8. Help/Support your wife/husband in kitchen work.

9. Teach your children academic lessons.

10. Take care of  elderly members of your family.

 11. Keep busy yourself in sanitation and decoration work of your house.



12. Be in contact with your family or relative through calls,online platforms.

13. If you are a student then study for your coming exam.


14. If you are preparing for competitive exam then use the lockdown time s opportunity and use it for prepration.



15. Think positive and be vocal about rights and duty in appropriate appropriate platforms.


16. Read book, watch TV ,movies for knowledge and entertainment.



17. Do yoga ,evercise to keep yourself physically, mentally and socially healthy.

18. Eat balanced diet ,fresh fruits ,etc.


19. Share your thought with family friends.



20. Arrange the basic needs of your and your family.

21. Don't pay much attention to bad news and over thinking.

22. Try keep youself busy ,positive ,happy and energetic.
